A) INTRODUCTION
DDC Dolphin is committed to ensuring that all its business operations are free from involvement with slavery or human trafficking.
Although DDC Dolphin is not legally required to produce a slavery and human trafficking statement, we voluntarily choose to do so in alignment with our values and commitment to ethical business practices.
A link to this statement will be on the homepage of our website and has been approved by the Board of Directors.
We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and have put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business – and that in so far as reasonably possible, our suppliers and clients hold the same ethos.
B) STEPS TAKEN
1) Risk Assessment – we will regularly evaluate our business operations and supply chains to identify potential risks to modern slavery and human trafficking.
2) Supplier Engagement: We will engage with our suppliers to ensure they share our commitment to ending slavery and trafficking. We expect them to comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
3) Training and Awareness: Our employees receive training on recognising and reporting signs of modern slavery and human trafficking.
4) Reporting Mechanisms: We maintain channels for reporting any concerns related to slavery or trafficking.
We encourage feedback from our employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve our approach.
